Earlier this week, we told you that the first Michigan State Fair kicked off in 1849, are you curious what our oldest piece in our history collection looks like?
At approximately the size of a half dollar, the oldest piece of history in the Michigan State Fair collection is this brass coin from 1869. How awesome is it that we hold a piece of history that is 151 years old?!
