Our Demonstration stage is a popular destination for Michigan food fans seeking new recipes, tips and tricks from professional chefs and highly skilled farm cooks, too! If you are a Fair exhibitor with a food product or recipe you would like to demo, please contact us and tell us about it, we will try to schedule a time for you to share it with the Fair!
